- Vendors
- Distributors/Integrators
- Architects
VendorsPerformance evaluation reports will be prepared and released on a semiannual basis. The vendors will be rated on several factors - quality, on-time delivery, customer service and support, continuous product improvement, stock availability, and manufacturing lead times, and ease of doing business. The vendors would be classifed as under:
- A (Top Performers)
- B (Good Performers)
- C (Mediocre Performers)
Vendors in category C are likely to be replaced if they do not improve their performance within given timeframes.
DistributorsDistributors/Integrators would be rated on a semiannual basis based on sales, company certified sales and application engineers in their payroll, acquisition of new customers, average inventory carried, end user support, and advertising or promotional efforts including participation in Exhibitions and promotion of ACES products in their websites. Based on this comprehensive points tally, distributors will be classified under one of the four Categories:
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
ArchitectsArchitects are rated on an annual basis based on projects where they have specified ACES Advanced Technology Products, Project size, certification programs attended, number of new leads generated and quality of leads. Based on this comprehensive rating, architects will be classified under one of the four categories:
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
Partners would progressively get higher benefits as they accumulate more points and progress up the rating ladder.
